Our 3D scanning kit, packed inside a Pelican case, arrives via UPS. Inside you'll find a high powered laptop & our handheld 3D scanner.

Create your ideal tool storage design by laying out your parts and tools on our scanning mat. Arrange your tools however you see fit. By size, type, or workflow, the choice is up to you. Be sure to leave a recommended 1/2" of clearance around each tool for solid pocket creation.

Following a short tutorial, you begin scanning your parts with our handheld 3D scanner. It quickly captures detailed layouts up to 24 x 48 inches at a time. The files are saved onto the kits included laptop computer and uploaded to us via the cloud.

Our designers will process your layouts in CAD, checking alignment and wall thickness, and adding finger grabs, push points or other important features. We then send digital proofs for your review and approval.

Approved designs will be sent to production and shipped to your facility within days. Your design files will be stored for future use or modifications.
